Precast Facade Systems

The New Face of Aesthetics and Durability in Architecture

Precast Facade Systems, which have become indispensable in modern architecture, offer innovative solutions that provide both aesthetics and high durability to buildings. Precast panels produced using glass fiber reinforced concrete (GRC) provide architectural design freedom. and functionality together.

What is Precast Facade?

Fine aggregate-cement mixture is poured into special molds with the addition of required amount of fluidity, settling agent and strength increasing chemicals in a flat or textured appearance with steel mesh or glass fiber equipment in a special granulometry blend to give less volume and weight, compacted on vibration tables, steam cured, transported to the construction site and precast inside. It is the process of attaching the building frame equipment by welding or using mechanical-chemical dowels and delivering the joint fillings by means of assembly irons connected to the equipment.

Advantages

  • Aesthetic Design Freedom It offers design diversity with different surface textures, colors and patterns. It can be easily adapted to classic, modern or original projects.
  • High Durability It is resistant to all weather conditions such as extreme temperature, frost, wind, UV rays. It provides first-day service for years.
  • Heat and Sound Insulation It provides energy savings and reduces external noise thanks to the insulation layers that can be integrated into it.
  • Quick Assembly Since the panels are prepared in advance, only assembly is done on site. Thus, labor time and cost are reduced.
  • Ease of Maintenance Its outer surface does not hold dirt and does not require painting. It can be used for many years without the need for maintenance.
