About the Project

Backed by Emlak Konut GYO, Turkey's largest real estate investment trust, the “Bizim Mahalle” project is being brought to life in Küçükçekmece over a 1 million square meter area. The first and second phases of the project are being carried out by Dağ Mühendislik. Bizim Mahalle, which blends the longed-for warmth of neighborhood life with a unique approach, is designed in accordance with traditional Turkish architecture.

Bizim Mahalle becomes a vibrant neighborhood that lives day and night, offering a wide range of facilities from social and cultural centers for all age groups to thematic children's playgrounds, from healthcare centers to libraries, educational institutions to festival areas, government buildings to traditional sports centers, city museums to handicraft workshops, and sports facilities.
